The professionalism, and quality of work this business does is off the charts! They had the job done in one day, with just two guys! The men were very personable and polite about laying painters cloths to protect the carpeting since it was December and wet that day. They worked diligently all day, no breaks! They did have a couple snags but that was due to the builder of the home. First the counter in the sink area had to be shimmed to bring it up to level with the other counters. Then when reconnecting my sink plumbing, the original connection would not reseal, but Duke (the owner of Amer Countertops) came out himself with a replacement part and had it working in no time. They cleaned up after themselves, gave us tips on how to clean the quartz, and when they left my kitchen had taken on a whole new look!! I highly recommend the quartz over granite, even tho it costs more, it's worth it in the end. I would definately recommend this company and would buy from them again. I am so happy with my new countertops!

You are to be commended for the fine crew you sent out. Frank and Todd were here promptly at 9:00 a.m. as promised, and immediately went to work. They, along with Sun who came a little later, worked very hard and very professionally all day. They were quiet, but polite and helpful. They certainly didn't waste any time at all, and worked together as a team who knew exactly what they were doing. They were careful to clean up any mess, and left the house in great shape when they were done. You are fortunate to have these guys, Duc.
It's been a pleasure dealing with you and we'll make sure to give out your name to anyone we know who is interested in kitchen or bath remodeling.

Just a note during this season of "Thanksgiving" to express our appreciation of the work you all did to "renew" our kitchen! The countertop and backsplash tile work are beautiful; the two nice deep sinks are making clean-up so much easier; the appliances work wonderfully well and look great, too; my "hideaway cupboard" is helping with my previous desk clutter and the "cookbook box" keeps order, too; and I really love the pantry pull-out shelves :)
We enjoyed getting to know Jeff who spent a lot of time here and was always helpful and polite.
